he Field Service Engineer's (FSE) primary role is to perform services on customer sites preventive & corrective maintenance, commissioning, installation supervision & modification of UPS systems and batteries.

1) Liaising with existing clients to build business2) Identify and establish new business3) Visit customers and introduce Schematic Programs4) Build sales of Schematic products and meet targets5) Understand Customer problems and identify new opportunities6) Develop rapport and organize sales visit to sales team to build key account7) Provide post-sales support8) Provide support in commissioning of new equipments9) Attend customer complaints with online support and site visits.
