The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeingthe installation and maintenance of MEP systems for residential, commercial, andindustrial projects.Key Responsibilities:Design, review, and implement MEP systems in compliance with project specifications,codes, and standards.Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for MEP works.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smoothexecution.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related systems.Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms are maintained.Evaluate technical submittals and approve materials as per requirements.Prepare progress reports and assist in project handover documentation.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software. Excellent understanding of local codes, IS standards, and internationalstandards. Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 78 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering.
