Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process from customer inquiries and sales coordination to logistics planning and delivery execution. This role requires strong negotiation abilities, people management skills, and strategic planning to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Logistics Planning & OperationsPlan, organize, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.Optimize delivery routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Handle shipment documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements.People & Vendor ManagementSupervise and coordinate the work of logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, suppliers, and customers.Negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.Motivate and lead team members to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack order status, delivery performance, and logistics costs.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and cost control.Generate periodic sales and logistics reports for management review.

We looking for enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator/ Traffic/Placement Executives with Transport Industry Background with 1-2 years of experience to interact with the Shippers & Truckers to identify the requirements and close the sale after the price negotiation.
