plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
optimize delivery routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
handle shipment documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements.
people & vendor management
supervise and coordinate the work of logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, suppliers, and customers.
negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
motivate and lead team members to achieve departmental goals and kpis.
reporting & continuous improvement
track order status, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and cost control.
