SEO executiveRoles and Responsibilities- Give commitment on generating Organic traffic(Google, SEMRush, Ahref) for assigned projects- Develop and execute successful SEO & content optimization strategies for consistent optimization and organic traffic growth- Manage a team of SEO Off page executives and writers (content calendar) to execute on the day by day deliverables and monthly KPIs- Perform ongoing keyword research/discovery, expansion and optimization- Research and analyse competitor and implement the optimization gap- Review technical SEO issues and execute & recommend fixes- Direct off-page optimization projects with assigned team (e.g. link-building, Social & Other)- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects- Work with SEO Off page executives on social media & ORM executions- Keep abreast of SEO OnPage and integrated marketing trends- Strict adherence to best practices- Understanding Google E-E-A-T- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Desired Candidate Profile-- Proven experience as an SEO strategist or similar role- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices- Effective in troubleshooting, SEO, and ranking-related issues.- Knowledge of building E-E-A-T- Experience with SEO reporting- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)- Excellent writing skills- Strong team management and leadership skills- Basic HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and WordPress Knowledge.- Knowledge in Local SEO and International SEO.Other Requirements:- Passionate and confident marketer who can take full project ownership and provide guidance to others- Collaborative team player who supports other activities as a team, when needed- Encouraging people manager with positive listening skills- Agile with ability to shift focus as priorities change
