Assistant manager jD**Job Title**: Assistant Manager - Motor Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle**Company**: Bajaj Auto Credit Limited**Locations**:- Agartala- Shikohabad- Auraiya- Chitrakoot- Prayagraj- Lakhimpur Kheri- Orai- Dharmanagar**Job Responsibilities**:- Allocate portfolio to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability, ensuring adequate manpower capacity.- Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work according to the disposition code.- Coordinate with agency resources and plan calls to resolve issues, providing necessary support to agencies.- Periodically audit and allocate Receipt books & Repo kits.- Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days of the completed month.- Manage repo-related issues by ensuring prior approvals and assisting the agency.- Handle customer service issues/escalations related to collections/repos.- Work with the legal team to initiate actions against chronic defaulters and manage enforcement agency cases.- Track and review BKT resolution with agencies and FOS levels.- Restrict flow rates to the next BKT based on the location.- Address underperformance by removing non-performing FOs and recruiting/training new team members.- Ensure CRM queries are closed as per TAT and revert RCU audit queries before TAT.- Discuss and prevent receipt book discrepancies by engaging with agencies.- Utilize HHT fully and submit reports to ACM/RCM regularly.- Inform IT about non-working HHTs for support.**Qualification**: Any Graduate**Age**: Up to 30 Years**CTC**: 4 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs**Perks**: TA and DA---This job description summarizes the key aspects of the Assistant Manager position at Bajaj Auto Credit Limited, outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits associated with the role.
