The rolerequires strong hands-on operating skills, high attention to accuracy and finish quality,and proven expertise in stone clamping and workpiece holding methodsKey ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation Operate CNC Bridge Saws for slab cutting, straight cuts, miters, and angle cuts Operate CNC 4-axis carving machines for cut-outs, drainboards, recesses,engravings, and decorative work Operate CNC lathe turning machines for columns, balusters, pillar components,and cylindrical stone products Load and execute approved CNC programs as per production requirements Monitor machining cycles to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface qualityClamping & Workpiece HoldingQuality & Accuracy Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and job instructions Check dimensions, squareness, profiles, and surface finish during and aftermachining Make minor offset or parameter adjustments to maintain quality Identify defects, tool wear, or abnormal cutting behavior earlyCoordination & Support Work closely with CNC programmers, polishing teams, and supervisors Coordinate with Automation & Electrical Engineers during breakdowns or alarms Assist in machine setup, trials, and process improvements

We are seeking a Lathe Machine Operator with at least 5 years of experience and a minimum education qualification of 10th pass. The role entails operating and maintaining lathe machines, reading technical drawings, setting up machines, and performing turning operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of lathe operations, machine settings, and be able to interpret technical drawings accurately. The incumbent must be proficient in operating lathe machines and have the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwadi Alwar Road, open to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities- Setting up and operating lathes: Load and unload parts, set up machines, and operate them to produce parts according to specifications.- Interpreting technical drawings: Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and charts to determine machining requirements.- Maintaining machines: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed .- Inspecting finished parts: Verify that parts meet quality standards and specifications .- Collaborating with team members: Work with others to meet production goals and deadlines.Requirements- Proven experience: Previous experience as a Lathe Operator or similar role.- Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, knowledge of machining processes, and mechanical aptitude.- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree in mechanical engineering preferred
