**Job Title:** It Faculty**Job Timings:** 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Weekly off: Monday)**Job Summary:**The Faculty / Instructor is responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and managing the classroom environment effectively. The role involves teaching, student assessment, and ensuring adherence to the curriculum. The candidate must follow standardized teaching methodologies and maintain accurate documentation while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.### **Key Responsibilities:**1. **Lecture Delivery:**- Start lectures promptly as per the scheduled time after marking student attendance.- Conduct lectures in accordance with the log sheets and ensure completion of all modules as per the batch schedule.2. **Teaching Methodology:**- Use the Smartest Methodology and Smart Lab Plus components to deliver engaging sessions.- Demonstrate each experiment to students to ensure hands-on learning.3. **Classroom Administration:**- Manage student conduct and maintain a conducive learning environment.- Assign daily tasks and projects to students and monitor timely submission.4. **Assessment & Feedback:**- Conduct internal exams and assessments as per the schedule.- Arrange makeup exams for students who were absent.- Motivate and guide students for participation in international certification exams.5. **Reporting & Documentation:**- Maintain a daily lab register and ensure it is updated with all relevant details.- Send student progress reports to stakeholders within the specified timeframe.6. **Faculty Development:**- Provide training and mentorship to Junior Faculty on advanced modules for skill enhancement.7. **Student Engagement:**- Monitor student performance and address learning challenges.- Ensure students complete their journals, project work, and assignments within deadlines.### **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in [Relevant Subject Area]- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in a [Subject/Field Name] environment.- Strong knowledge of [Subject/Field Name] and hands-on experience with lab components.### **Skills Required:**- C,C++,Java, Advance java, DSA , - Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficient in using smart teaching methodologies and lab equipment.- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.- Strong organizational and time management skills.### **Working Hours:**- 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM- Weekly off: Monday**If you are passionate about teaching and meet the above qualifications, we would love to hear from you!**
