Record material inward, GRN and supporting warehouse documentation. Maintain commodity/lot-wise physical and system stock records. Record and reconcile inward and outward stock movements. Verify physical stock against system/warehouse records and flag variances. Coordinate with purchase and dispatch teams for stock movement accuracy. Prepare daily stock, purchase, sales and dispatch MIS. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely closure/escalation. Plan and coordinate daily dispatches against confirmed sales orders. Coordinate vehicles, transporters, loading schedules and dispatch priorities. Prepare/check e-way bills, LR, delivery challan and dispatch documentation. Ensure invoice, quantity, vehicle and destination details match before dispatch. Maintain dispatch records and track deliveries and PODs. Follow up on delays, shortages, damages and delivery exceptions until closure. Coordinate closely with billing and stock teams for outward reconciliation. Act as backup for billing and stock activities when required. Desired Candidate Profile. 2-6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, FMCG, commodity ordistribution operations. Working knowledge of e-way bill, LR/POD and basic Excel/ERP documentation. Highly organised, responsive and comfortable working under time pressure. Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability. FG stock physically checks on daily basis. Order Processing and Planning on daily basis. Inventory Control as per FEFO inward outward. Developing Standard Operating Procedures along the DC/warehouse team for smooth and timely operations. Improve capacity management at warehouses by balancing receiving load at inward by scheduling of suppliers according to business contribution. Responsible for Stocks audit on Monthly basis for Warehouses. Tracking and improvement of DC fill rates by regular correcting master data & adjusting delivery schedules. Distribution (stock transfer) of inventory from TPM to warehouses (DCs) across the country as per demand plan and discussion with the regional sales team on upcoming orders & forecast. Creating Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit note, Debit note and Eway Bills. Responsible for Difot and Fill rate data Analysis for all DC. Aligning TPM and quality control team for the release of approved FG inventory for STO/Billing & scheduling the dispatch. Aligning Team for timely invoicing and appointments for delivery.
