Inventory Executive

Work closely with Logistics and Retail teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution network in region.

â–ª Dispatch planning of daily basis and vehicle Placement.

â–ª FG stock physically checks on daily basis.

â–ª Order Processing and Planning on daily basis.

â–ª Inventory Control as per FEFO inward outward.

â–ª Developing Standard Operating Procedures along the DC/warehouse team for smooth and timely operations.

â–ª Improve capacity management at warehouses by balancing receiving load at inward by scheduling of suppliers according to business contribution.

â–ª Responsible for Stocks audit on Monthly basis for Warehouses.

â–ª Tracking and improvement of DC fill rates by regular correcting master data & adjusting delivery schedules.

â–ª Distribution (stock transfer) of inventory from TPM to warehouses (DCs) across the country as per demand plan and discussion with the regional sales team on upcoming orders & forecast.

â–ª Creating Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit note, Debit note and Eway Bills.

â–ª Responsible for Difot and Fill rate data Analysis for all DC.

â–ª Aligning TPM and quality control team for the release of approved FG inventory for STO/Billing & scheduling the dispatch.

â–ª Aligning Team for timely invoicing and appointments for delivery.
