Vendor Coordination & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely supply and quality service.Timely follow-up and delivery trackingVendor satisfaction/feedback scoreOn-time delivery rate4. Handle and respond to customer leads at E commerce channels (India Mart, Amazon, FirstCry, Meesho) and convert it into successful deals.B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Online sales and Marketing, Digital and Social Medial Sales and Marketing ,Up Sale, Cross Sale, Lead Generation.Achieve company's E-commerce sales goal and targets monthlyAfter Sales Service, Customer Support, Customer RelationshipDemonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related operational tasks.Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Customer Service.Create a superior customer experience by working with the Operations and Finance teams.Optimization of sales and increased conversion rates.Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit across all channels.

Scanning, picking, packing

We are looking for a good candidate for our super market who can manage our daily inventory and day today operations.

Employees has to manage store . o Inward - Check all inward all the purchased equipments/consumables with proper documentation.Make daily entries in ERP/register for equipments inward, issued/received External Issue- Prepare document for equipments/consumables given outside for testing or repairing purposes on the fieldExternal Return- Receive the equipments/consumables given outside for test or repairing purposes and sign the document for receipt Prepare a system for storing all the documents received from various departmentsEnsure that the storage system is highly organized in order to result into quick retrieval

Candidate should have good knowledge of forecasting monthly production plans. Ensure smooth flow of raw material to avoid production loss and non availability of raw material. Inventory control for RM & WIP.Analysis Production Report, Dispatch Report, Inventory Analysis and Control Report.Experience in Lighting/Electronic Industry will be added advantage.
