Employees has to manage store . o Inward - Check all inward all the purchased equipments/consumables with proper daily entries in ERP/register for equipments inward, issued/received External Issue- Prepare document for equipments/consumables given outside for testing or repairing purposes on the field

External Return- Receive the equipments/consumables given outside for test or repairing purposes and sign the document for receipt Prepare a system for storing all the documents received from various departments

Ensure that the storage system is highly organized in order to result into quick retrieval
