- Create design concepts: Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts for various spaces such as residential, commercial, and corporate settings.- Produce detailed drawings: Prepare detailed drawings and plans using software such as 3D Max and 3DSmax to visualize and communicate design ideas to clients and contractors.- Present design proposals: Present design proposals and concepts to clients through presentation drawings, mood boards, and material samples, ensuring alignment with client requirements.- Source materials and furnishings: Research and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories to complete the overall look of the space while considering budget and client preferences.- Collaborate with contractors: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design vision within the project timeline and budget.Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in 3D Max and 3DSmax: Ability to create realistic 3D visualizations of interior spaces to accurately convey design concepts.- Strong drawing skills: Capable of producing detailed drawings and plans by hand or using design software to communicate design ideas effectively.- Excellent presentation skills: Able to present design proposals in a clear and visually appealing manner to clients and stakeholders.- Creative flair: Demonstrates a high level of creativity and originality in developing unique and aesthetically pleasing interior designs.- Attention to detail: Pays close attention to detail in all aspects of interior design, from space planning to material selection, to ensure a cohesive and functional end result.
