- Delivering lectures on relevant subjects: The faculty teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lectures on the assigned subjects to students.- Developing lesson plans and curriculum: Creating lesson plans and developing curriculum materials to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.- Conducting assessments and grading student work: Administering assessments, grading assignments, and providing feedback to students to evaluate their understanding of the subject matter.- Providing guidance and support to students: Offering academic guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their studies and overcome any challenges they may face.- Collaborating with colleagues and academic staff: Working closely with other faculty members and academic staff to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the academic community.Required skills and expectations:- Strong knowledge in the relevant subject area: The faculty teacher should have a solid understanding of the subject they will be teaching and stay updated on the latest developments in the field.- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner to students.- Patience and empathy: Demonstrating patience and empathy towards students to create a positive and supportive learning environment.- Ability to work independently and in a team: Being able to work independently on lesson planning and delivery, as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Should have work experience of minimum 3 years and maximum 4 years in COMMERCIAL INTERIOR projects. Should have proficiency in softwares like CAD, PowerPoint presentation Should have the creative ability to work out multiple layouts options as per project requirements Assistance in Site measurements Maintaining project files and records Preparation of material boards by proactive material selection Preparation of working drawings for civil interiors Preparation of Bill of quantity & specifications (should have experience working in Excel software). Preparing Cad drawings and other documents as requested by Interior Designer/ Senior Member. Report to Interior Designer/Senior Member on work schedule and delivery of drawings.
