Interior designer who can do sales and designing both

With experience in having worked in organized players/studios or as a freelancer. Or as a professor Visualizing - Sketching - designing and drafting skill is required You must have sufficient knowledge of designing interior and exterior of Rooms, Bathrooms, balcony and corners of residential place and commercial place.,.You must have sufficient knowledge of sketching designing and drafting of products, loose furniture, lights, sandler lights You must have sufficient knowledge for development of layout Drawing, Design Drawing, Detailed Working Drawings, Furniture Drawing, Product drawing Experienced in site visit Knowledge of detailed costing and estimation and preparing project commercialsYou should possess strong technical skills in operate drawing tools (Autocad Sketchup 3d max vray)perform selection for each and every Design, Sourcing reference according to design Sufficient skill to find mistakes in 3d and 2d drawings and mistakes in estimation.

Desired Profile: Excellent Knowledge in 2D and 3D software in the interior industry ( AutoCAD, SketchUp) Client interaction/ meeting, make quotation and presentation as per client requirement Modular kitchen and wardrobe design, material ,finishes ,hardware knowledge

Responsibilities and Duties- Innovative interior designs and coordinating with project management consultants.- working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, and architectural technologists.- dealing with problems that might come up during building construction.- playing a part in the project and team management.- making site visits to check and monitor construction/design execution at the site.
