We are looking for a Photoshoot & Creative Production Manager who will take complete ownership of planning and executing photoshoots for Sudathi. The person will be responsible for model selection, studio coordination, shoot planning, backdrop decisions, saree allocation, and end-to-end shoot management to ensure consistent, premium, and sales-focused outputs.

Design Creation & VisualizationCreate hand-drawn sketches of jewelry designs with precision and creativity.Specialize in Hip Hop jewelry trends (iced-out chains, pendants, rings, grills, bracelets, etc.).Develop innovative and market-relevant design concepts aligned with brand aesthetics.Visualize proportions, dimensions, and detailing in sketches for better production clarity. Technical DetailingProvide detailed front, side, and top view sketches for manufacturing reference.Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and setting of stones (diamonds, CZ, colored stones).Incorporate knowledge of metal weights, stone placements, and finishing styles.Collaborate with CAD designers to translate manual sketches into 3D models. Trend Research & InnovationStudy global Hip Hop jewelry trends and bring fresh ideas into collections.Understand customer demands and blend creativity with functionality.Suggest new themes, motifs, and design directions for upcoming collections. Team CollaborationWork closely with CAD designers, merchandisers, and production teams.Support the sales/marketing team with design presentations for clients.Modify and customize designs as per client or market requirements. Quality & PresentationDeliver neat, detailed, and creative sketches within deadlines.Ensure each design is unique, appealing, and aligned with Hip Hop culture aesthetics.Maintain a design portfolio for internal references and client presentations.
