Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior Designer will assist senior designers in designing and executing interior design projects for commercial and residential spaces. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. The Interior Designer creates engaging designs according to our requirements. He/She will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. You aim to create impactful designs that capture and promote our studio's vision.ResponsibilitiesTo create an idea board to communicate the design concepts to the client.To define project requirements and schedule during the brief. To research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.Assist senior designers in creating design concepts and presentations.Develop detailed drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other software.Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.Attend site visits and participate in design meetings with clients and other stakeholders.Provide design support to the senior design team as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.1-3 years of relevant experience in a design or architecture firm.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.Strong understanding and demonstrated an aptitude for design principles.
