We are seeking a Product UI Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling product experiences. The role focuses on translating user insights and business requirements into high-quality UI designs while contributing to the evolution of a robust design system and maintaining strong visual consistency across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across digital productsTranslate research insights into user personas, journey maps, and user flowsCreate wireframes and convert them into high-fidelity, production-ready designsDevelop interactive prototypes using Figma and Axure RPDeliver pixel-perfect UI mockups for seamless engineering handoffCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and stakeholdersBuild and maintain atomic design systems, including components and design tokensEnsure adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistencyApply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practicesSupport documentation and governance of design systemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product designStrong UI design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, spacing, hierarchy)High proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)Experience with Axure RP for interactive prototypingStrong understanding of design systems and atomic design principlesKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive designAbility to translate research into practical UI solutionsStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects
