Set and monitor clear objectives of team to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.4. Help team to generate and track leads, close sales.5. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately6. Job Description :-- Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.- Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation- Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Bank staff andcustomers- Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.- Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.- Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.- Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.- 8-10 branches will be tagged to employee of Indian Bank.Desired profile of the candidate:-- Experience- Min 1 year- Any graduate- Good Communication Skills- Excellent customer handling Skill.- Should be goal oriented- Presentable- Should be willing to travel- Should have a two wheeler- Should have a smart phone
