This entry-level position is ideal for recent diploma graduates, especially females, who are eager to learn and grow in the field of engineering.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Calibration Checks:** Regularly perform calibration on various instruments and equipment to ensure they operate accurately and meet quality standards.- **Document Calibration Results:** Maintain detailed records of calibration activities and results to track equipment performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- **Identify Calibration Issues:** Analyze test results to identify any discrepancies or malfunctions in equipment and report these issues for further action.- **Assist in Equipment Maintenance:** Support the maintenance team by ensuring that equipment is in optimal working condition and ready for calibration tasks.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with other engineers and technicians to improve calibration procedures and share best practices for quality assurance.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should hold a diploma in engineering or a related field. While no prior experience is necessary, a basic understanding of calibration principles and practices is advantageous. Controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents.Defines engineering requirements.Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.Provides technical support to Project group.Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.Prepares specifications for instruments, systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and installation.Prepares functional analysis (control, ESD, F&G).Implements instrument detail design on P&ID's.Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.Prepares instrument material take-off.

Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.Representing the company at conferences and delivering presentations if required.
