We are looking for a Calibration Engineer to join our team in Nashik. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or those with minimal experience. The role is responsible for ensuring that measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Calibrate Equipment: Regularly check and adjust instruments and equipment to ensure they produce accurate measurements. This helps maintain quality standards.- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of calibration processes, results, and any adjustments made. This ensures compliance and easy reference.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment performance. This involves investigating discrepancies and determining necessary repairs or recalibrations.- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and team members to understand specific calibration needs. Collaboration facilitates effective problem-solving and project completion.- Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet the required specifications through accurate calibration.Required Skills and Expectations:- A Diploma in Engineering or a related field is mandatory for this role. - Basic understanding of measurement standards and calibration processes is essential.- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and quality standards.- Effective communication skills are important to work within a team and document findings clearly.- Proficiency in using calibration tools and software will be an added advantage.- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are expected as you grow in this role.
