Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers and third-party inspection agencies (TPIs) for scheduling inspection visits. Liaise with internal departments (Production, Quality, Testing, Design) to ensure readiness of material for inspection. Prepare inspection calls, follow-up, and documentation as per contract terms. Maintain inspection schedules, status trackers, and reports. Ensure customer that inspection will be performed as per boards specifications and technical standards. Communicate inspection outcomes and address non-conformities or issues promptly. Support the marketing and sales team in preparing dispatch documents post-inspection. Maintain good relationships with customers and inspectors to facilitate repeat business.Skills Required: Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of transformer inspection protocols and industry standards. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and documentation tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inspection schedules.
