Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with customers and third-party inspection agencies (TPIs) for scheduling inspection visits.
• Liaise with internal departments (Production, Quality, Testing, Design) to ensure readiness of material for inspection.
• Prepare inspection calls, follow-up, and documentation as per contract terms.
• Maintain inspection schedules, status trackers, and reports.
• Ensure customer that inspection will be performed as per boards specifications and technical standards.
• Communicate inspection outcomes and address non-conformities or issues promptly.
• Support the marketing and sales team in preparing dispatch documents post-inspection.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and inspectors to facilitate repeat business.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of transformer inspection protocols and industry standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and documentation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inspection schedules.
