Job Description

key responsibilities:

• coordinate with customers and third-party inspection agencies (tpis) for scheduling inspection visits.

• liaise with internal departments (production, quality, testing, design) to ensure readiness of material for inspection.

• prepare inspection calls, follow-up, and documentation as per contract terms.

• maintain inspection schedules, status trackers, and reports.

• ensure customer that inspection will be performed as per boards specifications and technical standards.

• communicate inspection outcomes and address non-conformities or issues promptly.

• support the marketing and sales team in preparing dispatch documents post-inspection.

• maintain good relationships with customers and inspectors to facilitate repeat business.

skills required:

• strong communication and coordination skills.

• knowledge of transformer inspection protocols and industry standards.

• proficient in ms office, especially excel and documentation tools.

• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inspection schedules.
