Key ResponsibilitiesOperate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures.Start, stop, and monitor machine cycles during production.Load raw materials and ensure continuous material availability.Inspect moulded parts for defects such as flash, short moulding, sink marks, and warpage.Perform trimming, finishing, and packaging of components as required.Record production data, machine downtime, and rejection details.Conduct basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and abnormal conditions to supervisors.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S).
