1) Diploma/B.Tech. in Mechanical with 2 - 3 years work experience in HVAC field.2) Must be Familiar with working on Excel, Outlook etc. Must be willing to send Daily Report.3) Should know how to properly read AutoCAD drawings.4) Constantly monitoring work progress at site. Keeping thorough track of material movement & give accurate records of material consumed & material left at site at all times.5) Getting measurements done, submitting running bills, if any, and getting payments cleared.

GOOD knowledge in interior design and construction Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations Evacuate building in the event of an emergency Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure Calibrate instruments and tools required for job responsibilities

Serves as HVAC Supervisor and will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, andrepair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and associated air handling,chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems. Incumbent plansindividual jobs and long-term work operations, develops a preventive maintenanceprogram, and controls the quality of repair work. Responsibilities also include designingsmaller air-conditioning systems, designing modifications to existing systems, reviewingplans and specifications for contracted work, and reviewing the work of outsidecontractors. Will also be expected to resolve most problems exercising discretionaryjudgement and analysis even in the most complex situations
