Candidate must have ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and AirconditioningWork involves Installing, troubleshooting and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.Attending Field calls for installation, Service and repairs of refrigerators.Attending escalation complain from other states of India.Communicate with customers and provide demo for newly installed RefrigeratorsPerform preventive maintenance and service calls for customer under Maintenance contract.Display advance knowledge in performing Refrigerant ( R134 & R600 Gas ) Charge preferably using Weight Measure system.Display ability to read standard blue prints and electrical schematics concerning Refrigeration and HVACDisplay solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and Installation and repairs tasks.Ensure safety and protection of customer assets while performing repairs / maintenance at customers place.Safely perform highly complex repairs of the Refrigeration Product ensuring all methods, materials and practices meet company standards and Local and National codes - with little or no supervisionDisplay the ability to train and mentor other technicians as necessaryEnsure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and protect company assetsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.Speak with others using clear and professional language

Obtaining preliminary drawing / Ac layout from Office design team / Project engg / ManagerCo-ordinating drawing with Site conditions. If changes required, update design team accordinglyPrepare tentative Bill of materials as per drawing qtyDefine stages of material requirementPrepare material requisition and forward to Purchase dept.Tracking of materials whose orders placed / dispatched by Vendors till it reaches SiteChecking of materials as per PO / Tax invoiceIn case any material is damaged, inform Purchase dept. accordinglyMaintain materials InventoryInstallation / Service work to be carried out diligently and adhering to layouts and applicable standardsMaintain used material details register & submit residual / faulty spares / materials to Office GodownPrepare installation / service reports in Company format & take Client's signature on job completionGive inputs to Design team for preparing As Built drawings & Measurements
