Responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Supervising overall day to day operations Vendor management.Material / Spares Inventory Management.deployment of manpower efficiently.Able to understand the drawings & designs and explain the work to site engineers/supervisors/ sub-contractors.Should have Good Communication skills; attending client meetings.Should have the knowledge in all air conditioning system works.(Ducting, Piping, Valves, Actuators, Pumps, Chillers, VRF systems,,Ventilation systems, etc.)Sub-contractors management to complete the targeted works.Ability to communicate the design and technical information to non-technical team.Site Visit and understand the site conditions, parameters, coordination with other services, proposing design & drawing modifications, etc..Co-ordination with the site engineers of civil, electrical, plumbing, etc. for site clearance and smooth work progress.Should be able to keep self-target of the work and able to plan Men-power, Machine, and Material to achieve the work targets..Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.Complete any other associated task requested by the management.

Serves as HVAC Supervisor and will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, andrepair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and associated air handling,chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems. Incumbent plansindividual jobs and long-term work operations, develops a preventive maintenanceprogram, and controls the quality of repair work. Responsibilities also include designingsmaller air-conditioning systems, designing modifications to existing systems, reviewingplans and specifications for contracted work, and reviewing the work of outsidecontractors. Will also be expected to resolve most problems exercising discretionaryjudgement and analysis even in the most complex situations

Work closely with contractor, client teams, technicians to coordinate site air conditioning work.Knowledge of VRV, Chiller mandatory.Keeps internal team and management informed of project progress and any issues and that effect work. Plans, organizes and coordinates manpower, equipment, tools and supply for site allocated. Manage and monitor sites for all work carried out , commission plan, testing , specifications, field verification and meetings. Attends departmental meetings and functions as required. Maintain site measurements and RAs.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Technical education in engineering preferred.
