Hiring Hvac Supervisor For Delhi NCR

The HVAC Supervisor oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and airconditioning systems within a facility. The role ensures equipment reliability, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and effective supervision of HVAC technicians.

Team leadership

Supervising technicians, assigning tasks, training new staff, and ensuring safety bleshooting & diagnostics Handling complex system faults, guiding technicians, and coordinating with vendors when needed.

Energy management Monitoring system performance, optimizing settings, and reducing energy consumption.

Documentation & reporting Maintaining logs, service records, checklists, and compliance documents.

Project coordination Supporting installation, commissioning, retrofits, and upgrades.

Safety & compliance Ensuring adherence to HVAC codes, fire safety norms, and environmental regulations.

Skills Required for an HVAC Supervisor

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical fundamentals

Leadership and communication to manage teams and coordinate with management

Qualifications & Experience
