As a waiter, you will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Greet Customers:** Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere and making them feel comfortable.- **Take Orders:** Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring that their preferences and special requests are noted.- **Serve Food and Beverages:** Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring that everything is presented nicely and meets our quality standards.- **Assist with Menu:** Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including clearing tables and organizing dining supplies, to ensure a welcoming environment.- **Process Payments:** Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing receipts to customers and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a friendly and positive attitude, as well as strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
