Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team at Jai Gurudev family restaurant in Mathura. As a waiter, you will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greet Customers:** Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere and making them feel comfortable.

- **Take Orders:** Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring that their preferences and special requests are noted.

- **Serve Food and Beverages:** Deliver orders to tables promptly, ensuring that everything is presented nicely and meets our quality standards.

- **Assist with Menu:** Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including clearing tables and organizing dining supplies, to ensure a welcoming environment.

- **Process Payments:** Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing receipts to customers and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a friendly and positive attitude, as well as strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills are necessary for processing payments and taking orders accurately. A willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. We prefer candidates between 0 to 3 years of experience and expect they have completed at least their 12th grade education. Working well in a team and being adaptable to changing situations is crucial.
