1. Responsible for the complete functioning of day-to-day activities. (Internal Coordination with the all the restaurant branches)2. Monitor restaurants Stationary, Pantry, housekeeping supplies and IT purchases.3. Monitor monthly budget and cost for restaurant infrastructure AMC, restaurant equipment, housekeeping / facilities management.4. Staff training / briefings (at restaurants) to be monitored and ensure is done in all the outlets on daily basis, Outlets in charge to report if the staff is not groomed while reporting to duty5. Ensure that daily video of the setup of the outlets to be sent including Kitchen by In-charge of the outlets for both the duty shifts6. Responsible for overall maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment Office space, chairs, laptops, desktops, printers, air conditioners etc.8. Compliances to office administration like drafting rental agreements, property tax, insurances (people and property etc)11. Outbound calls for vendors and clients.

Customer Service &Order Taking:Provide excellent service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.Food and Beverage Service:Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.Process guest payments, including handling cash and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.Fluency in English is required.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.A passion for providing exceptional customer service.Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
