We are looking for Airport Ground Staff in Gorakhpur, India, to ensure smooth operations at the airport. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience.The key responsibilities of the Airport Ground Staff include checking passengers in at the counter. This involves verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and tagging luggage. You will also assist passengers with any inquiries and provide information about their flights. Another important duty is to ensure that luggage is properly loaded and unloaded from the aircraft, which requires teamwork and communication with the cabin crew and ramp staff.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the airport area and assisting in emergency situations when needed. Keeping accurate records and reports of gate activities is also essential.To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Attention to detail is crucial for managing tickets and luggage accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
