Hiring Fresher - Air Hostess - Gorakhpur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers warmly, help them find their seats, and assist with boarding and disembarking safely and efficiently.

2. Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety briefings before takeoff, explaining emergency procedures and equipment to ensure passenger understanding.

3. In-Flight Service: Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight, addressing any special dietary needs or preferences of passengers.

4. Conflict Resolution: Address any customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally, striving to resolve problems quickly.

5. Cabin Cleanliness: Ensure the cabin is clean and organized before takeoff and assist with cleaning tasks as needed after landing.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to interact effectively with a diverse range of passengers. A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with grace is important.
