Receive and respond to facility-related inquiries, requests, and complaints from employees, clients, and visitors promptly and professionally.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the organization's facilities, services, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.Log all facility-related requests and issues into a helpdesk system, ensuring proper documentation and tracking for timely resolution.Assess the urgency and severity of each request, prioritize tasks, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate personnel or departments for immediate attention.Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related activities.Provide guidance and support to employees on the proper use of facility equipment, resources, and systems.Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, reporting any violations or risks to the appropriate authorities.Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring improvement.Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.Prepare and distribute regular reports on facility helpdesk activities, including ticket status, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
