Maintain transaction records while managing the onboarding process, including document review and transaction processing. 3. Accurately and promptly process all types of mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, and both online and physical form submissions. 4. Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. 5. Maintain and update renewals for health and life insurance. 6. Track transactions, follow up on approvals or discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. 7. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails related to client onboarding and financial transactions

Following up on customers' requests to ensure appropriate actions have been taken.4. Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designated departments for further investigation.5.
