Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements.Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve them promptly.Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.Handle guest complaints or queries courteously and escalate when necessary.Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company and FSSAI norms.Assist in table setup, buffet arrangement, and banquet service when required.Process billing and payments accurately and maintain proper cash/credit card handling.Support F&B supervisors and managers in daily operations and special events.
