Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage construction projects on-site, ensure technical specifications are followed, and coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure project completion within the scheduled timeline and budget.Interpret architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and drawings.Ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.Monitor and manage site workers and subcontractors.Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with project standards.Maintain daily records, including site reports, labor records, material usage, and incident logs.Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in construction or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Job Description for Telecom Engineer: Knowledge of RIL Automation tools : Jio Track, Tableau Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Small Cell, Wifi, UBR + UBR (Air Fiber Back Haul), L2 Switch, OSP / Common Preventive Maintenance of o IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.o Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment, etco SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communicationo Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.o Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.o Overall hygiene of site Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site - Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP . Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for drone flight controllers, sensors, and other key drone subsystems.Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate microcontrollers, sensors, GPS, IMUs, ESCs, and communication modules into drone systems.Write efficient and reliable code in languages such as C, C++, and Python for real-time flight operations.Work on developing and tuning algorithms for flight stability, navigation, obstacle detection, and autonomous behaviors.Develop and integrate communication protocols such as MAVLink, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies used in drone control systems.Perform extensive testing, debugging, and optimization of embedded firmware and hardware in both laboratory and field environments.Implement safety-critical systems for flight control and ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between hardware and software components.Participate in performance tuning and contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of the drone systems.Document firmware designs, architectures, and testing procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
