we are seeking a gps technician to join our team in mumbai. the ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications, as well as a good understanding of computer systems, gps devices, and other tech products.

responsibilities:

- take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

- research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues

- follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team

- diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

- provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

- prepare accurate and timely reports

requirements:

- electronics and iti/ diploma holders encouraged to hers encouraged to apply.
