Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage construction projects on-site, ensure technical specifications are followed, and coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure project completion within the scheduled timeline and budget.

Interpret architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and drawings.

Ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.

Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities.

Monitor and manage site workers and subcontractors.

Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with project standards.

Maintain daily records, including site reports, labor records, material usage, and incident logs.

Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.

Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
