Participate in regular briefings, training, and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, pitch quality, and conversion rates. Provide daily activity reports to the team leader/manager, including number of approaches, conversations, sign-ups, and any issues or feedback from the field. Build positive relationships with teammates, site authorities (e.g., mall or RWAs), and other stakeholders at fundraising locations.

In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with ChildFunds values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Achieve monthly targets i.e. Be responsible to recruit quality fifteen long term donors every month.
