ChildFund is a child development organization representing the voice of deprived, excluded and vulnerable children in India regardless of their race, creed and gender, since 1951. We annually reach out to over 3 million children, youth, and their families, from 3200 communities in 85 districts across 15 states in India, through our long and short-term programs and partnerships.

Face-to-face fundraisers are responsible in helping us to engage and raise funds from the public for ChildFund India programs. Fundraisers will inspire and securing long-term monthly donors from streets, malls, and corporates. You will be required to meet fundraising targets and recruit quality monthly donors. In this public-facing role you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with ChildFunds values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve monthly targets . Be responsible to recruit quality fifteen long term donors every month. And also to raise two times of your monthly consultancy fee as one-time donation each month.

Work with your Team Leader and learn to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

Develop fundraising techniques with your Team Leader and learn to improve the income of ChildFund India.

Ensure that the supporters details are correctly filled in the prescribed formats and incorporated into the daily/weekly reports along with daily call records.

Raise awareness of ChildFunds work with children across the country and our advocacy work around India.

Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with ChildFunds values.

Be responsible for maintaining required level of confidentiality on information relating to ChildFund India and its supporters.

Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
