We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market IT consultants on bench to direct clients, prime vendors, and system integrators across the US. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in US staffing and bench sales.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to US clients and vendorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and direct clientsSubmit consultant profiles to suitable requirements and follow up regularlyNegotiate rates, terms, and contract conditions with vendors/clientsCoordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and account managersMaintain and update consultant availability, skills, and resume databaseTrack submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/ExcelEnsure compliance with company policies and US staffing regulationsWork closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placementsShift - US ShiftCompensation - Competitive salary + incentives based on closures
