We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market IT consultants on bench to direct clients, prime vendors, and system integrators across the US. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in US staffing and bench sales.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to US clients and vendors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and direct clients
Submit consultant profiles to suitable requirements and follow up regularly
Negotiate rates, terms, and contract conditions with vendors/clients
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and account managers
Maintain and update consultant availability, skills, and resume database
Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/Excel
Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing regulations
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements
