Job Summary:The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with the companys products or services.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support & Issue ResolutionHandle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with internal departments (sales, support, finance, etc.) to resolve customer concerns.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.3. Sales & Business Development SupportIdentify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.Assist in generating leads and nurturing potential customers.Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.4. Customer Engagement & Retention StrategiesConduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service quality.Organize customer engagement programs, webinars, and loyalty initiatives.Proactively reach out to customers to ensure continued satisfaction.5.
