Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (agents, brokers, financial advisors, or bank branches).
Drive sales of insurance products through assigned channels by enabling and supporting partners.
Onboard, train, and motivate channel partners to generate business regularly.
Ensure partners are updated on product features, sales processes, and compliance requirements
Track partner performance and provide ongoing support to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct joint sales calls and assist partners in closing high-value deals.
Organize product demos, training sessions, and sales promotions for channel partners.
Ensure timely documentation, policy issuance, and after-sales service coordination.
Maintain sales data, lead conversion records, and submit regular MIS reports.
