Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques Discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings and conference calls. Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up. Understanding of client's requirements. Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels. Regular Interaction with the client. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.Essential Conditions: Candidate must be from Bulandshahr.
