Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.Implement an effective customer loyalty program.Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.Conducting research and traveling to sites.Observing health and safety regulations at all times.Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
