Reporting: Prepare and format basic reports and lists, creating simple tables and charts to represent data clearly and accurately. Data Cleaning: Assist with data cleaning tasks to remove duplicates and correct errors within the data.MS Word & Documentation: Document Creation: Create, format, and edit professional documents, reports, letters, and presentations using MS Word. Formatting & Templates: Use MS Word to format text, add images, and create tables to ensure high-quality and visually appealing documents. Support for Internal Communication: Prepare internal memos, reports, and other documentation as required for various departments or clients.Email & Online Portal Management: Email Handling: Respond to emails professionally and effectively manage the company's email system. Communication Coordination: Ensure that all queries or requests via email are handled promptly and accurately.
