Amyga Academy a Registered Charitable Trust imparts free, World Class Montessori-based early childhood education Anganwadi centres in rural India. We operate in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, educate around 130 children, and plan to reach 200 children by the end of the year. In our model, we deploy Montessori materials, and teachers hired from the villages and trained by us (In Montessori and spoken English) in each Anganwadi centre.We wish to expand our footprint across more Anganwadis in Kolar district in Karnataka, and are looking for suitable lady candidate teachers. You will be responsible for teaching children aged 2-6 years old in Government Anganwadis using the Montessori method in English and Kannada.We are looking for women who are passionate about teaching young children, serving the community, and fluent in Kannada and English. Prior experience in teaching young children, will be a plus. Candidates should be a graduate, a B.Ed is not required. We are looking for a competent Turner / Machinist / CNC Operator to use and operate Turning Centres safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. CNC Operators are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential. The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials using Turning Centres to perform the right operations.Responsibilities Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionalityRequirements Candidate with an education background of 10+2 / SSLC & PUC, having completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineer / ITI in Mechanical Should have Mechanical aptitude and good math skills, with Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools Proven experience as CNC operator Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings, having aptitude for Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach having Good communication abilities Successfully completed apprenticeship is required
