Full job descriptionPosition -Dispatch ExecutiveLocation - Howrah Dhulagarah, West BengalExperience - 1 - 2 YearsEducation - GraduateSalary - 14K - 18KKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the dispatch of orders based on customer requests, sales orders, or scheduled deliveries.Ensure that all orders are accurately documented and confirmed, including customer details, delivery addresses, and product specifications.Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency, ensuring on-time deliveries while optimizing transportation costs.Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure the availability of stock and proper inventory levels for dispatch.Coordinate with external carriers and delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.Oversee the proper packaging of products to prevent melting, contamination, or damage during transit (including correct temperature maintenance).Ensure all packaging materials meet health and safety standards, including food safety regulations.Monitor and track stock levels, managing product replenishment schedules as necessary to avoid stockouts or overstocking.Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records of outgoing and incoming products.Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve delivery issues, or address any concerns related to product quality or order discrepancies.Handle any delivery complaints and implement corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction.Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ensuring products are delivered at the proper temperature to maintain quality and safety standards.Comply with transportation safety rules, including vehicle checks, temperature monitoring, and compliance with relevant food safety regulationsMaintain accurate dispatch logs and records, including delivery receipts, temperature logs, and inventory records.Generate regular reports on dispatch operations, including delivery performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
